ProjectWise should be able to produce Trackers and Drawings list to stop users copying out lists of stuff.
does seem too far a stretch to have a 'Lists' tab or feature, where individual files, whatever they maybe, can be tagged to be added to a 'List' which can form a tracker or register but built into ProjectWise. this would end the reliance of copying out and producing then hosting Trackers in Excel.
As the 'List' in in ProjectWise, it would retain all the metadata which could be used in each 'List making it super useful. If 'Lists' where in ProjectWise then its not too far a leap to have those lists being smart, interactive and informative and have them truly auto report change from one list to another.
