I recently had a situation that needed me to import three saved view into another file to apply to a model in that file. I discovered that it would only work if I renamed the model to match the model name listed in the saved view.

If the import process also allowed you to identify which model in the current drawing it was to be applied, I could have used the saved view without having to rename the model.

Ideally, it would be helpful if both changing which model an existing saved view applies to and being able to indicate a target model during saved view import would be valuable added capabilities.
