If you are working on a dgn file that is stored on a server and there are network disruptions, the software will provide a warning but you can continue to work on the file. However, if the network connection is not restored you will be provided with options to retry the connection or cancel. If “cancel” is selected the application will just close and work will be lost. Some people will assume “cancel” will just close the warning dialog. Additional options such as “save as” (local drive) should be made accessible and the cancel button should be changed to exit without saving. This issue was originally discussed with Bentley as SR8001609706 and RCP1077. No action was taken by Bentley.
