2023.2 will not connect to features services with WKT GCS strings.
2023.1 would allow the data to be imported but would not reproject the data.
If we know the GCS of the data we can force the model's GCS to match and reproject the data via reference if necessary.
Blocking the import of the data due to an inability to reproject it into the active GCS is too restrictive. Users should be warned, but the import should continue.
2023.3 is expected to support WKT GCS strings in feature services, but the 2023.2 behavior of preventing import of the data when a GCS issue is detected should still be changed.
