Hello Bentley, I watched the 2023 preview, why not make all Text Elements as Item Types?
Includes Text, Dimensions, Notes.
The Item Type for multiline text, the header is the node, the lines of text are properties.
This could make all text accessible in more data driven, and connected ways than it is now.
Item Types are organized in libraries, have a name, a type and a few more properties. In addition they're associated with an element. To get all this out of thin air might be a challenge (cf. crtl+g to create a cell)
