As Google Earth API no longer provides import of 3D elevation then need an alternative to this tool. If Bing doesn't provide this then maybe use similar service as in Conceptstation. Microstation being 3D solution seems moving back to 2D if no such tool is available. Yes the terrain was not most accurate but it is available globally and fast.
