This is a new attachment option workflow.

When attaching another file there is a new, explicit option to place then Clip the attachment.

So the user will go through the existing Attachment placement workflow, but a new option is available to allow the user to place the Attachment and immediately bring up the Reference Clip dialog box to clip the attachment as part of the placement process.

This would be available to vector and raster and windows document attachments.
