The help menu use to be great, but it seems to be neglected since moving it to the web.

For example, under the Text Editor Window it says that <Ctrl+Z> will undo an action in the editing box. This functionality hasn't been there for years.

I also found that the Quicksets info isn't correct anymore. It still says the Recall menu is under <Shift> Reset but now it's <Ctrl+Shift> Reset. Related to this under "Graphical Input with a Mouse" it still says <Shift+Ctrl> Right mouse button will "Display the Task List's current task at the pointer location, which is no longer the case.

I know I've seen other inaccuracies in the past as well, but I didn't take note of them. Has anyone else notice these things?
