The Level Remapper https://communities.bentley.com/products/microstation/w/microstation__wiki/2916/the-power-of-csv has the ability of replacing cells but it is only when saving to a V7 dgn file format. Is there something that can be done for saving to V8 dgn formate files (and possibly dwg files)?
