Add a simple command to PrintOrganizer to verify if all print definitions are pointing to a valid file.

Because it does not warn you, if a file is not found when printing a single PDF set, it works for a while and creates nothing.

For this reason, we typically print separate PDFs for each page, and can see in the folder if a page is missing because the DGN was not found.
