Possibility to use Named Boundaries from reference file to create drawings

If it has been possible to use a Named Boundary from a reference file to create drawings you could create a kind of "seed"-file for a project with all possible types of drawings in that specific project. Today when you reference in a file with Named Boundaries you can right click on it and there is an option to Create Drawing but nothing happens when you choose it.

If the Named Boundaries from the reference also would show up in the dialog for Named Boundaries you could also right click on a group of Named Boundaries and get a bunch of drawings created very easy.

Another way to achieve this would be to be able to create a DGNLIB file with Named Boundaries for the project that would show up for any file in the project to use to create drawings.

I find this sort of work in OpenRoads, I can reference in a file with named boundaries from cross sections, and get end area volume reports in another file with the cross section set.

    Lets make it fully functional!
