Implement quick search for selecting layers from WMS server. Now it is tiresome to select manually from long list of layers.

While this is still future consideration, we have changed the behavior and the layers are no longer displayed in the order from the GetCapabilities result but in alphabetical order, so it make it easier to find a given layer.
