A radio button column in the Saved View dialog box.

With one or more Saved Views, one can be selected as the thumbnail view.

With a single Saved View there is a tick box, with two or more saved views there is a radio button to select one.

A tick box in the button bar at the top of the dialog can enable or disable the Saved View option.
