Construction Element Types with additional features.

Construction Class Elements can have additional features.

These might include snap options that can be enabled/disabled.

So if i place a Construction line I can enable it to be snap-able to have Nearest Snap, or a Snap Divisor assigned. Different Construction lines or elements can have different Snap Divisors applied in Properties dialog.
