Users need default dty file be updated to contain the US Survey Foot definitions for the State of Indiana In GCS County System. Currently the default dty contains the metric definitions which causes some inherent issues when using our US Survey Foot seed files.

The "Minnesota DOT Counties" and "Wisconsin County System" are two examples in the current dty that have both the Meter and US Survey Foot definitions. The attached pdf contains screen captures of the current dty for Indiana, Minnesota and Wisconsin as examples.
