I propose a new keyin to import a level library with no prompts. It should import all levels of the file in a single keyin with no interaction by the user or prompting of dialogs.

This would be useful for setting standards for multiple reasons including submittal of dgn files to a client. While this can be done by controlling the dialogs via VBA, this is being halted as an automated process due to ProjectWise prompting.
