The list of items in the items panel of explorer only shows the type of item which is not helpful when you have many of a specific type. It would be good if you could specify a property or expression in the item type definition as the instance label used for item type lists. The default could still be the item type. Note that some of the other Power Platform based applications (Plant) show tag names or other ID information in the Item instances label in the item type lists.
