We need something very simple and straightforward to create a simple terrain. Like Revit terrain design. Just add 3D points and break lines and convert it to Terrain Model (with export in Landxml). And don't tell me to buy Geopak Site for doing this! Basic terrain maker is mandatory for every discipline and should be included in Power Platform
