Hello,Regarding Animation Producer, it is not possible to add or delete sequences in the timeline just like adding columns to Excel. For example, I would like to add a sequence at the beginning of my animation. Unfortunately I have to shift all my actors one by one to add a scene at the beginning. And I have a hundred different actors ... Similarly could we not put the scale right on a portion of the timeline?

Hello Jean,
This idea can already be done. In the Animation Producer you can create a new script for the new sequence and then add the old script with Include Script.
Here are the steps:
For this example we'll call your existing animation OldSequence
Create a new script in Animation Producer with File>New Script... (We'll cal it NewSequence for this example)
Setup the animation you want to see in NewSequence
Add the OldSequence to the end of NewSequence in Animation Producer with File>Include Script... and choose OldSequence
Set the desired start time. (You can set it to any time you would like it to start.)
To append OldSequence to the end of NewSequence set the start time equal to the duration of NewSequence.
Now preview your animation and you should see it start with NewSequence and end with OldSequence
