More than one .dgn files are attached as a reference in assembly model andall reference files are merge in to master.
but when I detachany one reference for project requirement from the assembly model it cannot possible. So I repeat the process once again to make a new assembly.
My suggestion is after merging the reference files,if can do detach the reference file from the assembly isbetter way to avoid the time consumption.

I am not sure if I get your problem right, but "Merge into Master" basically means: Copy everything from the reference file into the main file.
So after it was merged it is inside the file. If you want to keep the possibility of detaching it, why do you do a merge?

If you are truly using "Merge into Master" that reference file will no longer appear in the list of references. As Florian stated all of the elements from the reference file will be copied into the active drawing. Can you please break your workflow down step-by-step so we can better determine your situation?
