It would be beneficial if Bentley could document the following in MicroStation help...
Why not to use the References Dialog to attach a PDF
we often see questions here about referencing PDFs using the wrong tool
The use of Raster Manager (the correct tool) to handle PDF attachments
The UI actions required to choose a page in a PDF document
There seem to be no key-in commands that concern PDF attachments.
