the idea created on behalf of this discussion.
There is "namedview delete [ view_name ]" key-in. It should be extended by wildcard * option to all delete all named views.
The option to use * to specify "all" parameter is used in more MicroStation key-ins already for a long time, so it's in parallel with existing MicroStation style.
