CR: Ref Attach Dialog with DGN Reader Preview + Attach by Selection + Display Rules...

1. At the moment, the File Open Dialog utilises the DGN Reader (I presume it is using the Windows Explorer plugin). Could we have the DGN Preview window in the Ref Attach Dailog as well, please?

Current Ref Attach Dialog: Tiny preview window in the upper right hand corner.

Current File Open Dialog: Nice big preview using DGN Reader. Also tabs for the individual models in the dgn!
2. It would be great to have the same functionality in the Ref Attach Dialog. The user would be able to view the 'candidate' Ref attachment, spin around to inspect, actually choose which model in the dgn to attach via the tabs. And, select- right-click to attach a nested Ref in the Preview panel.
3. One of the tabs would be reserved for a 'tree view' of the 'candidate' Ref, with a nested viewer.

4. The Previewer would also have a Display Rule style that labels and colourises the nested Ref attachments.

This will allow users to 'visually' select and load the needed Ref's.
I am working on a large project at the moment where there are hundreds of 3d models and thousands of files. Users are required to load a coordination model (crashes all the time due to size of the model) or pop round and ask the relevant modeler (who half the time dowsn't know, or is off sick, and refers you onward!!) or load a Navis model (which may be out date as it is only generated periodiaclly). Result: cr*p modeling and coordination. Engineers who can't tell what's going on and make decisions in a timely and efficient way.
PS: PW is not much use either here. PW metadata, dependency graph etc is not very integrated into AecoSim/Mstn's Ref Dialog, Ref attachment metadata like Descriptions, Logicals etc defined in PW should be avaialble in the Ref Dialog but isn't AFAIK.
