In the "Create Model" window, checkbox named as "Create a View Group" should be changed to "Create a (non temp) View Group" or "Create a (saved) View Group" due to when we create a new Model, MicroStation will always create a new View Group.
If checkbox is disabled, then it is a temporal View Group, but it's a view group...
This is very confusing for beginners like me.
