Lots of HTML tags are no longer endorsed to be used in HTML but should preferably be stored in CSS (although they still work just fine).
Having the possibility to make the HTML Author write this to a CSS file would allow for easier editing afterwards. A user could then just edit/replace the CSS file instead of going through the HTML files one by one and replacing it tag by tag. The current HTML requires cleaning.
