Moving a Parametric element to a new level doesn't move the underlying profiles and other features to that same level. This can result in the software appearing to show levels being used that do not appear to have anything on them. Very confusing for users.

Showing a profile that's on a level which is turned off becomes difficult to find and work with making turn levels on and off cumbersome. Changing the levels via the properties panel is very time-consuming and not an effective solution.

Need an option possible a personal properties setting, or maybe a "lock" that makes child profiles and features always follow the parent element when moved from one level to another. This would maintain the current functionality for those who want it.
