Active angle @ X deg. warning

A fairly constant complaint among users is placing a bunch of cells and modeling forgetting that active angle was set to 0.5 degrees or something other then 0. If the active angle is 45, 15 or even 5 degrees it can be obvious that it's not 0. However, at 1 or 2 degrees it can be easily taken for granted until half a model is off and every accudraw snap has compounded the issue. It would be an amazing quality of life improvement if we could have an optional warning pop up when doing things like placing cells etc. that are effected by the active angle, and the value is less then some user defined threshold. I would consider this liken to how windows warns you that capslock is on when typing a password.

Great idea. Fully agree with it and would like have this added for the SCALE-factor, too.

This would also be a nice feature for the active scale when it's not set to 1 so cells don't come in the wrong size.
