ACS info should be exposed for Parametric Variables, Items, Named Expressions, Item Types, Labels/Notes etc. The AC info should be able to be treated as variables that can be part of the new Parametrics and Constrainsts tools (and eventually GC) system. For example, MyACSorigin.x...or.... MyACS.rotationmatrix. This should allow a model to be attached using an ACS in the ref model which is transformed to match an ACS in the calling model, including any offsets added for re-use. This allows the attachment to update automatically when things change. The raw values should be kept in case the ACS disappears or gets re-named.
