The ACS Triad should have 'quadrant arcs' and 'arrows' handles that are selectable, so that the user can translate in the x,y,z axis or on the xy, yz,zx planes, rotate around the x,y,z axes (by grabing the 'quadrant arcs'). Move the triad origin (intersection of the three axes) moves the whole ACS. Move the grip of one the axes allows the user to snap to something using Accudraw. Moving the axes and then using the Parallel or Perpendicular or Tangent/Normal snap will orient the selected axes.
