I am creating this idea based on this discussion.
The discussed problem is quite clear (and has been found in both MicroStation and Programming forums several times): How to check (e.g. from VBA code) whether Batch Process is active (so the code was not called by user, but Batch Process application)?
It would be nice to have Expression return true when active model is processed from Batch Process.
