I don't what happen (again...).I need plot new plans, but all texts notes and texts in borders, looks outlined. When I set all to wireframe, all look good, but without background.

But. In previous version of plans / dgn I use same notes and texts and as you can see in stored PDF all looks good.

But now I open old DGN (from which one is printed PDF) and look it also "outlined" (now).
This take me to some general setting in microstation. But I can't figurate what.
