Create a simplified multiline that would support one or two offset lines. This would also support curves and the new parametric modeling system.
Current multiline implementation is too complex to support such things as curves, constraints, assignment to GIS features in Bentley Map and so on. A simplified mline would support most uses cases and add curves and constraints.
