It would be good to have reference and raster clipping tools all work the same.
Currently each tool has inconsistencies from each other.
Note: I would use Reference Clip Boundary as basis of design for all options since it providesmost functionality.
1) Reference Clip boundary allows for creation by Element, Fence, or Named Fence.

More important is clip boundary is associated with "element" allowingmodification by adjusting element.

2) Reference Clip Mask only allows for creation using a Fence.

This Mask Needs to provide option for creation by Element and Named fence.
Clip Mask needs to be associated with element option.

3) Raster Clip Boundary and Mask both provide options to use Fence or Element.

Why not provide option to Clip by Named fence.
Even though a raster can be clipped by an Element. Clip is not associated with element.

These options would be very useful additions.
