I find a frequent need to create sections were I'm trying to really show details at the ends of something like wall section details I make one section view that cuts through the entire assembly or picture then have to cut out the middle by making a copy of the view and removing the ends of both then smashing them together. I normally tie them back together with a few out of scale dimensions. It would be handy if dynamic views let us do this without having to use (2) dynamic views. If it also automatically sorted the dimensions between the two "smashed" views that would be extra handy. Possibly an alternative work around would be the power to fence an area horizontal or vertical and apply a scale to it that is less then 1. That would scrunch up the middle then if the need to not show that area out existed it could be masked.
