The Create Region tool allows user fill an area with 'Flood'. When there is no enclosed region found, the program prompts so. However it does not show where the gaps are. Only that there are. A different tool like CleanUp is required to look it up. It would be great to have such option available for the Flood option in the Create Region tool or any similar tool (Hatch Pattern, Cross Hatch, you name it) that does comparable things. Acad could do it in 1994.
