I mentioned an idea to go along with it that a forum member suggested I make a separate idea for it, so here's the idea...
I know in the agency I work for we use so many tables in our plans for things like Stationing, Curve Data, Reinforcement Bar lists, Pier and Bearing pad elevations, girder schedules and so much more; and I'm sure other agencies and companies have a similar requirement. it would be nice to have them referenced in a tables database within the workset or something, kind of like the sheet index in a way. This would be a self-contained feature (meaning it wouldn't require MicrosoftAccess or other database program) that would allow for greater control and management of a plan set and a project as a whole.
I like this idea and I guess it would not be very complicated to implement: Similar result can be achieved even now using search:
But without table name it's not very user friendly.
