Replace Drop Pattern with Associative Pattern in the Patterning tools tool settings window

In MicroStation V8i the patterning tools used the term Associative Pattern in the tool settings window to associate the pattern with the boundary

In the CONNECT Edition this has been changed to Drop Pattern

Drop Pattern is much less intuitive as to what it's actually doing. Associative Pattern makes much more sense. Especially since it's linked to the Associative Boundary setting below.
