Constraints: Ref Attachment Elements

Constraints should work with elements in Ref Attachments.
Case 1: Models in external dgns: This should work like other associatively linked elements like dimensions, hatches. Currently, not working. I know. Please fix.
Case 2: Models internal to active dgn: This should work like Case 1, or Edit Self Refs or Apllication Locked mode? I am hoping that enable synchronisation.
Use case 1:
AEC users will be used to working in plan and section planes using Mstn's Ref Attachment tools to control the setting out or positioning of both 2d and 3d elements. For example, setting out train platforms will involve constraining platform edge geometry to track alignment by others. The platform edges and centrelines will be constrained in a 2d model. The architectural and structural models will be in their individual and separate models that would need to be constrained to the master setting out model.
The vertical geometry of the platform will be defined in a separate 2d model using the Constraints tools. The train's structural gauge / kinetic envelope and other clearances would be modeled constrained to the plan layout above. These 2d Section models will be referenced and oriented in 3d at the desired points. Again, the separate structural. services and architectural models will need to be able to constrain to these Ref files.
Use Case 2:
The same process would be used when generating complex Cells, roof buildups etc.

We need more votes here to process, but the idea sounds superb.

Case 4: when the 'Treat Attachment as Element for Manipulation' is set, then the Ref attachment should be able to participate in any constraints solving like a Cell would.
