Please add the option to (de-)select Grouped Holes seperatly in the Selectby Attributes dialog and KeyIns.The Selectby Attributes Dialog offers no way of selecting only Grouped Hole elements. The Selectby Attributes dialog allows the selection of either Cells or Shapes or both. However Grouped Holes are treated as Cells and therefore get selected too when choosing Type Cell. But a Grouped Hole starts of as a (Complex) Shape, then a piece gets cut out from it.
