Apply a Temporary "Vertical Exaggeration Factor" (Z axis) to a View for Clarity and Understanding

I have an idea for an enhancement request. It would be great for a user to be able to apply a "vertical exaggeration Z factor" to 2D and 3D views of models (a view attribute - not an element scale factor ) to increase understanding of elevations, slopes and grades. This is especially true for projects to be built on level or slightly sloping terrain. This is only a viewing factor and would not change any actual geometry or measurements and could easily be switched back to true scale (or 1.0). To be able to easily display slightly sloping cross-slopes and superelevations and their relationships would be an awesome enhancement.

This is a great idea, CTDOT could use this as well.
