It's painfully difficult sometimes to go find that 1 dimension you need to adjust in a properties list. I know i can target the dimension myself and select it from the visual side in my drawing space but parametric modeling feels like 3D coding. Thus it feels like being able to comment your code and add user defined descriptions to things would be helpful for some more complex models. More-so when you look at trying to edit or update one a year after you built it.
