This would plug a big weakness in Mstn's federated approach using Reference files. One thing that R*vit users like point out is that they can move a structural column and any abutting architectural walls in one go. The equivalent workflow in Mstn would be to hop between the files using Activate and repeat the command. Multiplied by several columns and other discipline models means that Mstn always finishes last.

One reason given for not implementing is that there is no clear way to differentiate between Refs and DVs that are derived from Refs. The easy way around this problem would be to only allow this when there are no DVs attached?
