I have noticed that certain dialogs do not stay on top of the open Microstation session when using dual monitors. Manage Element Template, Edit Template, Manage Annotation Groups are all examples. I can't recover them using the popset trick. When they get stuck, I am forced to force a close on the program to get out.
It is possible to detect if a dialog will not be displayed within the available screen space, if a dialog is located out of view, can we get them shifted to within the available screen space when opened.
