When using the change element command and selecting a level from the loaded DGNLIB level library that has not been pulled into the active file, once clicking on an element, the level is pulled into the library, but the change element tool reverts to the top of the level list instead of remaining on the previously selected level. When dealing with very large level lists, this is frustrating to say the least.
