In our workflow we configure a dgnSI in the workset CFG using _USTN_WORKSET_DGNSI, which works as expected.

However, we also use dgnSI files which are subsidiary to the main dgnSI. For example, right of way plans and geotechnical plans are always subsidiary to either bridge plans or highway plans. All the dgnSI files are stored with the project DGNs to improve portability.

Adding a subsidiary sheet index files is straightforward but the default folder is always the workset folder, which means we always have to first go find the folder before picking the dgnsi file itself.

Add a CFG variable such as _USTN_WORKSET_DGNSI_Location to allow the dgnsi files to be located in different location than the workset.
