Several other CAD programs allow the zoom in/zoom out direction of the scroll wheel to be reversed, with some even having up=out/down=in as the default. Some people (myself included) first learn on programs like this, and it feels more intuitive to keep this behavior when working in other programs.

In some AutoDesk programs (but not all, because AutoDesk is a mess of a company who can't keep things consistent between programs), the behavior can be switched. It would be nice to have this ability added to Bentley products, and it should be a fairly simple update for the developers.

I'm not interested in hearing opinions on why this behavior doesn't make sense to other users. It makes sense to me (i.e. pushing the model away from me/pulling it towards me) and I'd like to be able to continue using it that way.
