If we defined MS_DGNLIBLIST_ELEMENTTEMPLATES and point it to specific dgnlib files then only those files are available under the Element Templates however The Explorer > Resources still lists all the dgnlib files.

The Explorer Resources should only list the dgnlib files with Element templates that are made available using MS_DGNLIBLIST_ELEMENTTEMPLATES.
