Missing an option to not drop cell patterns and also avoid clipping them on boundary. Just pattern with full cells.

When a Cell is dropped or an Orphan Cell (Ctrl-G) is dropped, the Constraints go missing.This makes it difficult to store and re-use design intent.The Cell creation / grouping process should honour and retain the element's Constraints.
