You are able to specify a exact length when you are initially drawing and arc. However you cannot manipulate afterwards if it was drawn incorrectly or requires a modification, thus requiring you to draw said arc from scratch every time

Still not documented and no such option for measure length and measure area tool. Also missing option to label elements with geodetic distances.
